works perfectly, very god price! It work how I espected

Great protection for important electronic equipment.

Charged it up overnight and it took my entire load of components. Used up all the outlets for the first time ever without crushing it.

Battery just finally went out after 3.5yrs, I feel like that's a sufficient amount of time for it to live and work happily! Has protected me from a number of outages and surges this entire time.

Easy to set up and use. Seems like it improved loading ti for my computer.

Really bad and annoying coil whine. First one I got had the high pitch coil whine noise when on wall power but not battery. I returned it and the second unit had coil while on wall power AND battery. If this was a rackmount data center product the noise wouldn’t matter so much but for something intended to be at your desk while you’re working it’s unacceptable. For all the tests these units pass they are missing a very basic one: does it make an annoying noise. If it does, they shouldn’t ship it unless they fix it. So disappointing considering the overall features of the product are great.

Set it and forget it....until the batteries need replacement, and you can't find them.

Powerful. Silent. Durable. This PSU does its job without issue. Have had a few outages and I had ample time to save my work before shutting down. No surge issues at all.

It works! There's not much else to say about it. APC is a solid brand and this is a great addition to your computer setup.

This is a bit curious. My 1500 unit after about 2 years notified me that the battery test failed and I needed to replace the battery. This has happened to me before with other APC units. I decided to try something. I changed the battery replacement date in the app to the current date. I then ran the battery test multiple times. They all passed. Is there an explanation that I am missing for this?

I bought this product when it was on sale, and am unfortunately going to have to return it. While I have used only APC products in the past (we have 5 throughout our house) and loved most of them, my last one (had reoccurring issues with the battery and the self-test for the entire six years I had it) and this one have disappointed me. This particular device has a "chirping" sound every four seconds. It is kind of like the flash on a camera charging up. It is not that loud, but loud enough to be majorly annoying. Maybe in a noisy environment it wouldn’t be an issue, but in a quite office space or room it is. After doing some research (after I purchased it), I found this seems to be common with this particular unit. I found that ones with the serial numbers 3B1746XXXXXX, 3B1747XXXXXX and 3B1749XXXXXX (the one I got) seem to have this issue. I also read that ones with serial numbers beginning with 4B1806XXXXXX may have the issue fixed.

Set up was easy and downloading PowerChute (the management software) was not tricky. Definitely recommend not skipping the software install as that has all the settings that you may want to adjust.

It's an average UPS. However, MANY of you don't understand this is NOT a pure sine wave UPS. It's sine wave ON battery but simulated off battery. Don't use this for network equipment, pc's etc. Get the BR1500MS model for pure sine wave.

Does what it says it will do!! This APC Back up UPS is perfect for my home computer system.

CyberPower backups are terrible. I will only buy APC. They haven’t failed me yet.

I have this model UPS on all of the TV's and network equipment in my home. The UPS provides the same power signature that electronics expect so there's no outage.

This battery back up is what I need to replace my 15+ year old one to keep me online.
