Easy to use. Once in position you just plug in your devices and put the unit into the wall outlet. When the power goes out your devices stay on.

Easy to set up and its doing its job. Weights a ton but I needed something that could last a while since we get short outages.

This model replaced a smaller APC unit easy setup and quite reliable. Power recently went off for about 15 min. Backup kicked in never lost internet and reported outage online and shut down computer to save data. The unit replaced was a smaller unit which will be used elsewhere once I order a replacement battery.

I trust a PC brand battery back up units above all others. Very easy to set up. The battery connectors inside were simple to connect. The LCD screen was clear and legible. It was obvious how to change display modes. I would buy this again without hesitation.

APC, IMHO, the best way to go when needing a UPS. This one replaced my old one which, at six years old, was having a hard time handling things. This one is easy to set up and handles everything connected well with room to spare.

This is exactly what I needed. I originally went with a smaller unit (APC 1050VA 600W) but it was just two small for my application, which is a large I9-1200K/4080 Graphics desktop, one 65" monitor, two 32" monitors and several other peripherals. This new one is 900W and is much better suited. Love the display as well. Packaging was great and setup is super easy. This is our 4th UPS; all of which are still running after years of service. I actually kept the 600W and repurposed it for another application.

It was totally pug and play...twas wonderful - powered up and works like a champ...my last one lasted about 5 years...good protection and good investment.

Plugged everything in and easily installed the software. Had a couple of power glitches during storms. The software let me know when the power went out and when it came back. Otherwise, the computer didn't know the difference.

It works well and safe my desktop from power outage MANY time! Its digital screen has some indicators so its easier to understand what's going on

No issues at all. The UPS does the job. It is the “simulated” Sine Wave version, but none of my electronics care, as they are all converting that AC back into DC anyway. It does buzz a little bit when on battery backup, but it isn’t very loud and only when the power is out.

APC is my favorite UPS. Great price and performance.

Works great so far. Just a little FYI, you have to take off the side cover and hook up the battery before you can use it. Never had to do that before, but it wasn't too bad.

This is the second APC that I have purchased. Each one performs as it should. Recently my electric went off for about twenty minutes this unit kept my computer my printer and modem on the entire time. Very happy with my purchase.

Needed a proper UPS for my new Synology NAS. It may be over spec'd for just the NAS, Router, and one external usb drive, but I wanted compatibility, some reasonable battery power time, and integration with Synology's power settings. It's straight forward, well built, and of course APC is a leading and reliable brand. Setup was simple. Engage the battery as illustrated and plug in. It does have front usb charging outlets, but this unit stores away in an entertainment cabinet so they won't be used. Very satisfied with purchase. Among other information included in the display, the unit will provide an estimated battery up time on power failure based on the amount of draw from the devices you connect. It's kind of set and forget, but do monitor battery condition over time - they don't last forever ;-)

These units have saved me a bunch of times. I do video editing and can’t tell you how many times the power has gone out on me and these things saved my project. I love how long they run... they are high quality and worth it!

This unit is now two years old and has a 3 year warranty. I noticed earlier this year it was having trouble and would start clicking really fast when I would boot my desktop. Fast forward to two days ago when thunderstorms pushed through my area. All of my other battery backups did what they are supposed to do but this unit just stopped working and started squealing when the lights flickered displaying error code F02. I tried to reboot my machine but it wouldn't supply any power. Then I turned it off and back on several times before the F02 would clear off the display and then it would boot my machine. This is the pro version and cost more than the regular version yet the regular versions work fine while this pro model fell flat on its face. Since I need power to my desktop without fail I immediately purchased a new cyberpower sine wave unit to replace it. I searched the apc website for warranty claims but their chat feature is offline and Schnieder electric apparently is in India. This will be my last APC brand purchase.
