APC has been a great UPS resource for many, many years. I’d say more than two dozen purchased for my home and business during that time. Of course, the dry cells need replacement every 5 years or so, but that’s simple and inexpensive. Never had an issue with the electronics or backup/surge functionality.

This was a great buy at a great price. I use this particular model at work so I decided to buy one for home. I have complete faith in this product as with most APC products.

This was easy to hook up and gives power to my phone and computer

Have a few of these now, and they work great for my 3D printer and PC. Gives me enough time to get things paused if needed.

this thing is awesome, usually during storms my computer gets reset due to the power flickering. since i got it my power has flickered a few times and my pc and monitor stayed on. i feel like anyone with a pc should have one of these to protect it.

Previously I had two UPS units, one for the computer and one for my peripherals. After the black out marathon Valentines weekend, one of those units "bit the dust." This unit can handle everything with ease. It usually runs at less then 15% of capacity. According to its display it will run for nearly an hour during a power outage.

I bought this item as my living space has frequent power surges and electrical issues. From what I read, it was the one that was that had the capacity to support many electronic items and it had a longer ability to keep things functioning. In the research I did, the APC brand was named best.

Great quality UPS. Able to handle multiple device plugged into it including high end pc, monitors, etc.

I bought an older model 5 years ago. Something went wrong with it after about three years. But APC replaced it with a brand new one and it is still working. However, I wanted a newer version has some updated features and a larger battery. I am very happy with its performance and trust the company that makes this product.

This APC Back-UPS is excellent. Very quick and simple to install - just plug it in. The software installed with the USB connection to the UPS without a hitch - I was very impressed. I have been using APC products since the 1980's. They have always performed excellently over the years.

thought the unit was defective due to it shutting off upon power loss. after calls to apc found out that this unit is only rated for 900 watts. 5080 video card plus 2 monitors and other accessories all added up to obe more than it can handle.

This is a great UPS battery backup. I like the detailed display showing line voltage, load and remaining time. We have all of our network gear plugged into it and when we lose power, we have about 10 minutes of backup power. Our line power is usually restored within this time.

Had few power shutdowns during the summer, nyc buildings are old. It worked flawlessly it transitioned from the outlet to the battery seamlessly while on a power outage! I almost didn’t notice the power was gone. Surge protection it’s a plus to protect to your expensive equipment. I hooked up my tv, an av receiver, and gaming systems.

Awesome backup very heavy and decent look. easy to use

It works well for the most part, but the first time I had a power glitch (one of those little quick off and on's), it totally shut down. Had I been using my computer at the time, it could have caused a real problem. Rep said it was probably just a one-time occurrence. Time will tell.

Haven’t had to use it yet but my pc is plugged in and ready if need be. This is definitely a quality product and a insurance that my electronics with be safe incase of power outage/surge.

Bought this to protect my computer from power surges in my rental house. The surges fried the RAM in my gaming PC, which was fortunately an easy fix. The peace of mind was definitely worth the cost.

I've used APC Back-UPS systems for over 10 years are always find them reliable with excellent long term performance. I use several of them to protect my network and various computers and external raid drives and highly recommend this product. There are multiple display menus which provide a lot of information about the load and performance of the unit.
