Could be better, when power uses or button off, requires me to unplug and disconnect the battery and after that reattach the battery for it to power back on.

The APC unit works very well so far. I have not had any issues.

Great UPS. APC did a good job designing this unit with the angled screen and large battery door that makes servicing these units a breeze. Swapping batteries in this unit takes a lot less time than some of their older models with battery doors on the bottom of the unit, or behind a metal plate that is awkward to remove to get to the batteries. The auto-off function on the LCD screen is nice, and should hopefully make the screen last many years.

Great price and quality, I use these battery backup’s in just about every room in my house. They’ve great for computers and TV’s.

I believe this is a 5-star product, that's why I bought it When I plugged it in w/o reading the manual it was not intuitive and I unplugged it. I'm having senior moments and struggled to get into the manual I used to write test and manufacturing process procedures, but I can't get my head into this. My problem, just needed to ask for cheese with my whine.

Works as expected. No issues. It will keep a PC and monitor on for about 25 min. Only about 6 min if gaming. Ran romex up a floor to power TV and router. Would buy again.

This unit protects not only electrical power but also cable and phone. It is powerful enough to keep my system running for 15 minutes and with its software, it can safely shut down the system without losing any info.

So far it's been great but, naturally, I haven't had a power outage since buying it so can't fully say for sure.

ordered online and received very quickly. the ups was easy and simple to setup, had it plugged in and system running in about 10 minutes. downloaded apc's software and now i'm ready for any brown out conditions and automatic shutdown incase of a power outage

Replacement unit for the other APC device that was in service for over 20yrs. Works fine and does what it is supposed to do.

APC makes great Back-ups. This one can be used for homes and small businesses. APC also makes more significant Back-ups for medium to large businesses, and for special equipment. They are a great value for the money, and they come in handy for power outages like black and brown outs. CyberPower also makes very nice units, usually selling for a little less cost. When you find the APC Back-ups on sale, that is the time to replace your old units.

I power my TV, and home theatre setup with this, if the power goes out I have plenty of time to hook up the generator, and it keeps power for about 15 minutes with everything running. Two amps, 7 speakers, a 55 inch TV and a network switch and Apple TV.

Ordered this for a Zoom cart setup. It's not the first one I ordered for a cart. Works perfect, easy to set up, and plug types are clearly marked. APC means quality when it comes to UPS's. Will definitely buy again in the future.

An APC UPS has protected my computers for more than 15 years. My recent UPS purchase is used to protect my TV. Spikes and sudden power outages do not affect my TV. All I have to do is change batteries every 4 to 5 years. Good product and does the job as advertised.

So far this has been a great Battery Back-up. After having many issues with Tripp Lites not lasting long, I decided to give APC a try a try. Very happy now that I believe I have a product that will work correctly.
