Otherwise, the screen is very nice compared to the CyberPower it replaced. As a bonus, you get a USB-C port on the front as well as USB-A, but USB-C is where it's at.

We were able to have this delivered in 24 hours, installation was a breeze, and it has functioned without a single hiccup. Highly recommend.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.APC used to be top-tier, but these consumer Back-UPS units seem to be having issues or completely dying far too soon into their lifetime. I bought this in late January 2025 and we've already had a few instances of the dreaded F02 error. Thankfully the UPS seems OK after power-cycling each time. Definitely going to look at other brands as this has caused many cases of calls to tech support for office equipment outages.

At Schneider Electric we take customer concerns very seriously and as so, our Quality Engineers monitor the products' performance in the field very closely. At this time, there are no known field issues related to the BN1500M2 model that have been cascaded to our technical support team. The F02 is an output overload warning please try to remove load to see which equipment is causing it . We assure that our units are being tested before they are released for sales. As long as this unit is handled following the instructions and used within its intended purpose, then everything should be fine. Now if in case of a failure, we also assure you that our skilled Technical Support Representatives shall be here to help troubleshoot and/or replace as necessary as this unit is covered with a 3 year warranty.

Not to mention, if you use these to protect your internet equipment you won't lose your connection during a blackout!

It's powering a gaming computer with a 1 KW power supply, a 27 " monitor, a cable modem, a router, an HDMI switch and a Tivo and load is only 25% of capacity so plenty of headroom for runtime during power outages. The voltage from my power company can fluctuate so I am glad to have the power conditioning. Power Chute downloadable software is better than it used to be. Not only does it shut down your pc automatically during an outage but keeps all kinds of stats about the UPS and the utility power feed. USB charging ports are handy. Haven't had one of those infamous error codes yet. Keeping my fingers crossed.
