    The UPS is nice and easy to set up and use. Not a big fan of the style of connector used to connect from the UPS to the PC for auto shutdown

    Haven't had any problems with brownouts since I got this. Also a lot better protection than a power strip.

    I bought this battery back up for a home office. I had it a few days before getting around to taking it out of the box. When we got everything plugged in we noticed the AC indicator light was not working. We ran all the trouble shooting with no luck, it was apparent there was a short in the unit because when we would remove the battery (still connected) the AC light would come on for a few seconds and then go back off. Beware! Best Buy will not take this type of item back after 14 days, so needless to say I had to deal with APC directly, get an RMA and send back to the mfg. But they are sending me a new unit. I am looking forward to getting my replacement unit.

    Easy to setup be sure to remove all the safety tags otherwise it will not work. Always trusted apc and will continue to use it!
