My Cisco SGX350 needed a battery to maintain the POE ports. This battery will easily keep 12 phones alive for over one hour.

Great product! I have big fish tank with a lot gadgets. So I need a good back up and surge protector.

Picked up 2 of these units. The one for the main desktop and the other for internet back. They have worked great for short power outages.

I like the information display on the front including the current load and voltage. Unfortunately this unit has the high-pitched whine I thought had been eliminated. Perhaps the in stock unit was an older one.

This is a solid UPS and the display improvements make it worth the upgrade. I had the previous model and for whatever reason, it did not show the load in watts but kilowatts...really bad. This new one again shows the load in Kilowatts so you can see clearly on the display the total load on everything that is plugged in. Also during a recent storm, when the power was out for 5 minutes, this UPS kicked in w/o any issues told me that with all the items plugged in ~500watts, that I had 22 minutes of Battery backup left before it would shut down. I would recommend this UPS, also watch out for sales. these do come on Sale at Best Buy once in awhile.

Only lost power once so far, but works great. Not sure I like being required for 50 characters.

Though this unit was a perfect fit for my needs, it has become almost unusable due the loud buzzing noise it makes at all hours of the day. I am not an electrician, so i can't speak to the interference, voltage,or harmonics within the feed from the wall.

I've not had any problems with this UPS device. It has worked every time that there has been a problem with a power surge. I sometimes get a surge when I use my color laser printer and it keeps the power steady for devices that are plugged into it.
