The device is working fine. Has plenty of power outlets Haven't had a power outage yet.

This UPC runs quietly and connects to my Mac showing the battery charge percentage. I love it!

I've always had a UPS on my computer equipment. APC makes some of the best units at a reasonable price. When they reach their end of life, I have replaced the batteries on occasion, or I've just replace the unit. This time, BB had them in stock so I just replaced the unit. I discovered that the one I replaced only needed a hard restart and is working fine now. No big deal.

It's the right size to fit under my desk and there's plenty of plugs for everything.

This is a solid UPS and the display improvements make it worth the upgrade. I had the previous model and for whatever reason, it did not show the load in watts but kilowatts...really bad. This new one again shows the load in Kilowatts so you can see clearly on the display the total load on everything that is plugged in. Also during a recent storm, when the power was out for 5 minutes, this UPS kicked in w/o any issues told me that with all the items plugged in ~500watts, that I had 22 minutes of Battery backup left before it would shut down. I would recommend this UPS, also watch out for sales. these do come on Sale at Best Buy once in awhile.

This backup unit is perfect for a home office. I have 2 of these in my home.

Love these APC units. Have 2 of them. 1 on all computer equipment and 1 on home theater system.

Does what it needs to do. Came well packaged. I don't bother with the software, so can't speak to that. Been running APC products since the early ninety's. Always solid.

I like the information display on the front including the current load and voltage. Unfortunately this unit has the high-pitched whine I thought had been eliminated. Perhaps the in stock unit was an older one.

Works great. There have been brown outs and black outs and it’s still working 100%.
