Nice feature set for reasonable price, with long battery life

Great item for the cost. Very reliable. It has saved us on several power outages.

We bought this for our Refrigerator which has been having troubles recently with our local momentary power outages. The power dropped completely last week and this unit kept the fridge running, before this unit was connected that would have meant another air damper valve and time wasted putting it in.

We have always had good luck with APC. A little pricey but it does a great job

i live out in the country and get power glitches often and it really messes with my network router. i have my router hooked up to the backup side and problem solved. with the usb ports i can charge my phone during extended power outages.

we liked it enough to buy the same thing again when an older model gave up the ghost. I think there is a newer model coming out soon so I don't know how long you'll be able to buy this one

Perfect size for the backup required for a smaller company.

bought this originally in 2019 because we were having occasional brownouts and small blackouts for which it worked great. after having owned 3 units now because of the same error code on all 3 of the units i can no longer recommend them in good conscience. they all worked great until they all hit the same error code, F06, which indicates a problem with the internal relays. i didn't use them in an unintended way in the time that i had them, not even with an abnormally large load on them either. but i've had to use the manufacturer's warranty on the first 2 and i don't think i'll be using it on the third. i'll be looking towards other battery backups in the future which is a shame because i did like the software it provided for my PC to see the information and control the settings for it.

The UPS seems to have good life in the event of power outage. Display shows 45 minutes of run time on approximately 400 watts powered through it.

I have two 3D printers. They each have an APC UPS powering them. I got this 1500VA unit to provide clean power to my newest printer. The power out here in rural Nevada can be unreliable. Yesterday while printing a long print there was a lightning strike. The power spiked and then went out, for a few seconds. The printer never noticed.

Works as advertised. We use these in critical applications and require a good stable UPS, APC fits the bill.

Best on the market. No complaints here. I would purchase again.

Good unit easy to understand and maintain just wish all 10 outlets were on battery back up instead of just six.
