When I returned, the UPS did not power up at all. I had to return it. This may have just been a defective unit, idk.

My goto Battery Backup

I have one of these on my internet modem and wifi to keep things active even when the power may go out.

Its been great so far, even helps with the little flash outages that cuts the power just long enough to rest the clocks. This keeps the TV and Roku along with the Modem working for a while.

The second one lasted 8 months and died with a cloud of smoke. I am a Best Buy Total member. Best Buy excludes this product from their membership warranty program and will not tell you this when you purchase it. The manufacturer requires you to use Best Buy for the factory warranty return. Best Buy refused to take it back under the manufacturer's warranty. I am left with a pile of junk.

At this time, there are no known field issues related to the BN1500M2 model that have been cascaded to our technical support team. We assure that our units are being tested before they are released for sales. As long as this unit is handled following the instructions and used within its intended purpose, then everything should be fine. Now if in case of a failure, we also assure you that our skilled Technical Support Representatives shall be here to help troubleshoot and/or replace as necessary as this unit is covered with a 3 year warranty.

Great backup

I’m a freelancer, and rely on being able to submit my work no matter what happens. Using this backup power supply has saved me from many Deadline crises.

I've got it backing up a 4 GPU mining rig and the PC has been running perfect since day one. Piece of mind know power issues wont damage a $5k PC and can keep up with the wattage demand.
