Easy to read heads up display. Has a load indicator and voltage input. I have gaming console, tv, WiFi router, and sound bar connected and works perfectly.

At this time, there are no known field issues related to the BN1500M2 model that have been cascaded to our technical support team. We assure that our units are being tested before they are released for sales. As long as this unit is handled following the instructions and used within its intended purpose, then everything should be fine. Now if in case of a failure, we also assure you that our skilled Technical Support Representatives shall be here to help troubleshoot and/or replace as necessary as this unit is covered with a 3 year warranty.

It's quiet and keeps it all working without a hiccup.

Protects my electronics as we get many power surges and I don’t loose data when the power goes out. Like the display on front…very easy to read.

Its been great so far, even helps with the little flash outages that cuts the power just long enough to rest the clocks. This keeps the TV and Roku along with the Modem working for a while.

No fault of the product, just circumstance. Although I will say the battery has been tested and works great.

Lasts less than one year

Two completely different electrical systems and this is the only affected device at either location. First unit stopped holding a charge after 6 months. Second unit is fully locked up 9 months in. Green power light is on but device is fully unresponsive and no longer providing power to battery backup outlets. Now its essentially a massive paperweight surge protector. If you need a UPS, and dont want to spring for a rack mounted unit, id suggest avoiding this model. Clearly has serious issues.
