I had a perfectly reliable CyberPower that I upgraded to this to give me better battery life and a higher VA. However, it's plagued by phantom issues to the point that you can literally type in the model and instantly find a reference on how to fix your problem. I have had it randomly start alarming in the middle of the night with an F error code that was "fixed" by simply turning it off and back on. Today it randomly turned itself and all my attached computer equipment off. Thinking the battery was dead (on a 2 month old unit) I looked up what green light meant and learned turning itself off is common enough that it was the first search for green light apc 1500. I had to unplug it and the battery, then plug both back in. It started right up and the battery was fully charged. So far it's been nothing but disappointing for what I thought was an upgrade over what I had. I've had large APC commercial units that suffered similar problems so this will be my last APC purchase for home use as well.

I love the USB - C port on the front. This this is helping to keep my WiFi going whenever the power flickers.

This Back-UPS is perfect with my new system; I wouldn't buy any other brand.

Purchased for work to back up small telephone switch. Said I had about 45 minutes run time when equipment was turned on. This is enough time for small power outages which are prevalent in the area.

Got on sale and love it. APC is great and lasts a long time.

Purchased 1 and it died 2 days later. Returned it and got a 2nd one. The second one lasted 8 months and died with a cloud of smoke. I am a Best Buy Total member. Best Buy excludes this product from their membership warranty program and will not tell you this when you purchase it. The manufacturer requires you to use Best Buy for the factory warranty return. Best Buy refused to take it back under the manufacturer's warranty. I am left with a pile of junk.

Had suspicions about power issues during storms after moving so picked this up. in a few short months, this has saved by at least 10 unexpected reboots during small power blips.

Bought this in case of power failure. Like having one power outlet capable of handling outages up to 5 hours while protecting components from damaging power surges.

So much relies on the home internet connection now, that can't afford for it to go down if power outage. Have my router, modem, and switch plugged into this. We will have internet even if the lights go dark.

Excellent. I have it on a very demanding computer and with the fragility of the electrical system I have not had any problems. Resists the equipment load well

Purchased this for our office - haven't had to utilize it yet, but have turned the power off and computers have continued to run. Runtime would be the only question I would have.

Nearly all UPS perform the same function, and I haven't noticed a significant difference from one to the other. That said, this unit outshines the others in the office with it's sleek look and USB ports.

We've purchased this back up battery for the server at our office and it has been doing great for our office. We run everything on it from the server to the wifi and phone lines. Great choice.
