I like this company's product and it is very valuable for the business, especially when the power went out and you don't lose your data and lost your product.

My last older version lasted for about 6-7 years I think? Things are great and help a lot with high end gaming pc's.

It says in the manual to let it charge but it was completely charged out of the box. This is nice considering it takes about 6 hrs to fully top it off from the ground up.

Use this UPS at construction job site trailers, using generator power. Works well, shows how much voltage coming from plug, so can adjust generator output to be in tolerance.

I have been using these APC UPS devices for year and have good service from them. Now days you have to get a larger VA rating to get the same capacity you used to.

The warranty.apc.com website has been down and I can't find any other way to make a claim on one defective unit? Purchased 3 and 2 out the 3 I got are working so far.

previous one of this same model always worked fine during power outages but the on and off switch failed recently. This one seems to have a different type of switch

After replacing my IMac due to constant power outages I needed something to prevent this from happening again. While there are cheaper option this had the best reviews and I must say they were correct

Works well. Easy to read display. Second one of this type I've had, no complaints.

APC has come a good distance with it's UPS technology. This was definitely perfect for my immediate need for a small server room. A month running and no issues. Definitely would recommend

I recently had a surge and the power went out, it was flickering without the APC i knew my Full tower would be done, but now that I have this thats never going to happen,

I can't give 5 stars, since we haven't had a power outage in the month since purchase and inatall, other than an artificially "pull the plug" trial, which worked OK.

Got this for the son in law since he does gaming and the other units out there just couldn't handle to beefy power requirements.

I recommend this product, works like a charm and very efficient.

This UPS has more than enough backup capacity and the iniyial startup is simple. Worth the money.

This is a good UPS for non critical needs. I am using it at home and don’t want to spend the money to buy a great UPS.

This works great to keep modem, router, laptop and 2 monitors going during a power outage. Easy to setup and get all equipment working. Plenty of receptacles - 5 surge and 5 w/surge and backup. I've always bought APC for standby power. Best Buy also matched better price from Office Depot.

This is my Second unit it does a great protecting my unit from power failures And my Electronics come back on when the power comes back on. I give this unit 5 stars and APC great Tech support .
