    I have owned many APC products over the years. Currently running 3 Back-UPS for computers and 2 SurgeArrest for home theater components. All APC product are built well and do their job 24/7!

    Works excellent. Supports my gaming desktop. I like the software that to run the UPS, it works well and has a lot more detail than the CyberPower software.

    This works great to keep modem, router, laptop and 2 monitors going during a power outage. Easy to setup and get all equipment working. Plenty of receptacles - 5 surge and 5 w/surge and backup. I've always bought APC for standby power. Best Buy also matched better price from Office Depot.

    Product stopped working just after 1 month of purchase. Best Buy cannot honor the exchange and any Greek repair would void the warranty. There is no point buying the product at Best Buy when APC itself is selling the similar product for same price

    The warranty.apc.com website has been down and I can't find any other way to make a claim on one defective unit? Purchased 3 and 2 out the 3 I got are working so far.
