The website for the software is clunky and hard to navigate, but the UPS itself is great. Very easy to set up and the USB ports in front are an added bonus. Definitely gives me good peace of mind that my computer is protected.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This device just had an FO4 error that shut down my network controller w/ video cameras, entire network and POE devices, 4 drive NAS, and RasPi with Home Automation. Ear piercing sound that I couldn’t stop until unplugging everything and disconnecting battery. 11pm Saturday night. I wouldn’t buy another one of these or anything from this company and I wouldn’t troubleshoot it and put it back in place to test it with one load at a time to see if it does this again.

The F04 is a clamp short error typically happens when a surge hits and the UPS stops output so that your load does not get damage. This UPS would come with a 3 year warranty. I have a 24 port switch, 1x AP, 1x Firewall, and 1x Cable Modem attached. It gave me about 2 hours of runtime before running out of juice. I like that can log into it via PC app. Great solution!
