Its really easy to setup and see whats going on. Its saved my computer from surges during bad weather and given me time to shut down during a outage

Another great upgrade in my rig. I never had power problems before, but I used laptops mostly. It didn't prevent me from damaging SSD one of the days, though. Now , with powerfull tower and two monitors, I am more than concerned to keep them safe. And this APC is just a great thing with powerful powerbank and additional outlets for other devices you can use without the powerbank

My power hasn't failed during the brief time that I have owned this item. It was very easy to setup. I appreciate that several devices can be protected at one time. It is smaller than I expected from the size of the box. The built-in surge protector allowed me to cutout one thing under my desk and in the puddle of cords. We purchased one for each of the offices in our organization.

Great for battery back up on video surveillance cameras.

Moved to a new house and wanted to make sure the main PC, modern, and router stay on for a while during outages. My test of turning off the breaker worked great and the unit shows a helpful estimated uptime for the battery. This unit will also shut down the PC automatically when the included USB cable and downloaded software is used. Excellent!

This is the second one of these i have purchased. The first one is iver 4 years ol and ive never had any issues with it. This ine that i recently purchased od just to have power to my modem, router so i can have internet connectivity during a power outage. The APC unit has a solid build and does last. The older unit (same model) is for my desktop PC and two monitors. The display screen on the unit is very helpful. U can monitor the load and voltage. The USB-C port in the one i recently ourchased is a great addition. I have a phobe charging cavle plugged jnto it. The software fir monitoring the power isage is good, but ut needs an update to make it liok a bit more modern, but it gets the job done. With the software, you can also set the different alert levels fir power issues it is noticing with the house electricity. I strongly recommend this product. It is very easy to use.

I bought this after a recent power outage and upgraded my older unit which I have owned for 15 years. Only had to replace its battery one time. This unit is in my main office area and I moved the older unit to power my bedroom HDTV and soundbar. I will be able to watch TV from my bed if we have another power outage.

Bought this to replace similar capacity Cyberpower UPS that has somehow failed after only a few years. This unit works as expected and provides a few more power outlets. I really like the spaced outlets for larger "brick" power plugs without having to use short pigtail extension cords. So far, so good.

The best UPS I ever owned. The tower is more convenient and easier to store under desk or on top of desk -- whichever you wish.

If you live in an area with Brown-outs or Black-outs, or trees near powerlines, this is perfect. Completing your 300th playthrough of Skyrim, and you have neglected to save in 2 hours? The power goes out, the the LEDs on your ceiling go from their signature Purple to black. Your mom screams at you dad, "THE POWER IS OUT AGAIN!" Meanwhile, you are still playimg Skyrim, and remember you haven't saved. You save the game, you power off your PC, and you see you still have 17 minutes of charge left. You smile, knowing you saved yourself from replaying hours of work. All of this was possible due to your battery backup that your mom said was "A waste of money."

The UPS is a fantastic UPS. It does the job we needed it to do and we would purchase another one if needed. Quality is great and it is working great.

If you have a pc you need a UPS. Very easy to connect and I love knowing that my pc is protected in case of power outages.

I am powering a desktop, camera, switch, microphone and monitor with this unit, giving approximately an hour run time. I go to meetings on zoom and will stay on for the hour unless I lose internet to the house. Modem downstairs is on another UPS. I had trouble at first because the USB outlets have a label on them. Read the instructions.

It was a gift to someone so I can’t really say much about it but I mean they haven’t complained about it not working or had to return it so I assume it works fine

I've never owned a UPS before. Bought it primarily for voltage stabilization and to organize my power chords. Overall happy with the quality and performance. Built like a tank. In fact, the BB guy complained how heavy it is when he bought it out for curbside pu. I was dreading carrying it up 3 flights on my drive home but it's not THAT bad. Guess he was out of shape. LOL

I tested my latest APC UPS and found it to work exactly as advertised. I like the fact that you can easily mute the warning sound when the UPC is supplying battery back up power. I also like that the battery compartment is easily accessible for when I need to replace the batteries. The 6 back up outlets with the 6 surge protected outlets allows you to add components if necessary.

We installed this backup for our server. This is working well because the power seems to go out consistently. This will help the system stay stable if the power goes out. It has been very useful and we have not had any problems.

I experience short power outages at my apartment quite often. It was getting annoying while working on my desktop. My computer would blue screen every time after, so I went out and bought this backup battery. No issues since and it works great.
