      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about our BN1500M2 UPS. I am sorry to hear of the issues you are facing and apologize for any inconvenience it has caused.

      The F02 is an error due to an overload state of UPS. It triggers and cuts off power to load to prevent thermal runaway. If removing load does not fix issue it is not advisable to power on UPS and it should be replaced.

      Make sure to check equipment rated consumption is not exceeding recommended load of UPS for this unit it is less than 900 W sustained and reactive power is 1500VA which it could not sustain for long. Please also allow buffer for in rush current for high powered power supply and inductive load.

      If load is low but fault does not clear possible cause is short circuit on load or internals of UPS or possibly component damage.

    LCD stopped working, need to disconnect battery to fix, and it just dropped power to my equipment. Will see how difficult it is for a warranty replacement.

    Not Impressed, Sorry I bought it

    The APC turns on and seems as if it's functioning however a plugged in computer and monitor will not turn on. My go around is to reset it each time I use the computer. It's very annoying to have to mess with it for 10 minutes just to turn on the computer.

    Failed after 19 days of installation.

    Device has failed after 19 days of minimal usage with no power outages. Cannot return to Best Buy because of 15 day return policy. Followed instructions for installation to the letter. No way to check for failure symptoms because the "display interface" does not work. Cannot power off with power on/off button. Will not purchase this again. Very discouraged with quality.

    I bought two of these. One stopped working within 4 months. The other works great, but it's only 6 months old.

    A terrible product. I bought one late December last year and it completely died this July. And I had to reset it a few times just to make it last this long. Don't take chance on this brand. CyberPower (what I used previously) lasted much longer.

    It runs. Can handle quite a load and still offer decent timing. Havent had a power outage to test it fully

    The unit appears to have developed an internal error whereby it falsely senses the line voltage has cut out, so the battery engages. Then the battery disengages and it goes back onto line power only to immediately flip back to battery. It does this in a continuous cycle. The unit is only 3 months old.

    When my other one could not take the load sometimes, it's time add another one. Could not get the same as old one so, try this one. Working very good battery were almost at full charge, when I got it. Took bit to set the monitor to stay on. Brighter than my old one I like that.

    Worked great until, it quit working! I used this product for approximately 16 months after purchase it stopped working. That’s a bummer because I really liked it.

    Completely unreliable. Constant F02 faults. I have reduced to the bare minimum of load and it still fails. I have 6 UPS throughout my house. The other 5 are rock solid. This trips every time my generator kicks on. Finally replaced with a similar Eaton product and have no issues. Avoid this device for mission critical back up. Google this device and "F02" to see that is just a faulty product.

    And its dead after a little over 2 months. No power outages (at least none the stove clock felt). So now I have to pay to ship it back to them to get a "reconditioned" unit (their standard policy) when they find the time.

    This unit is garbage. I returned it and got my money back. To avoid the chirping, don't buy one of these. This thing never worked correctly from the first day. Calls to Customer Service only gave temporary respite before the crash to black and chirping started again. Stay away - you have been warned.

    This review is more about APC than this unit. I have had to return 2 of these so far because they we both dead on arrival. The first one had a charging fault, and the second one wouldn't detect the battery. Based on other reviews, this seemed like a good unit. I just can't recommend gambling on APC's non-existent quality control.

    Came in with QA paper signed in ink. Sold as new not as referbershed. Died 3 days after purchase, like 2 nights of use. Also died during the worst winter storm in the state this year. There was no power outage it just won’t turn on anymore.
