Easy to set up. Works as intended. Straight forward like all other APC units.

This is my second APC UPS, highly recommended. We have very short power interruptions sometimes, so this solved our issues with our home internet setup and some other electronics. Performs great, and has a bunch of outlets on the back (both surge and surge+battery).

Works well with what I have plugged into it. Had a few power fails and item worked flawlessly

using it for my tv and connected devices. Keeps everything running smooth during power blips

I’m a photographer, I ordered this for my work pc that houses my photo backups. I don’t have panic attacks during power outages or thunder storms anymore because of this thing.

I have two of these and they perform as expected. Highly recommend this item as they protect your valuables. The older one of the 2 has had a direct surge and all was protected from damage.

So basically everything related to my computer is connected to this battery. The LCD is very convenient as it tells you how much battery is left depending on the amount of electronics connected. I even have my modem connected which it has been a life saver at the moments I have lost electricity.

APC is the go to brand for us. Always works well and you can easily replace the battery down the line.

I have had APC backup units for many years. I purchased this one just a few months ago, on May 5, 24. After returning from a trip overseas I could not get the UPS to turn on so I could resume the computers attached to it to working status. Looking at the APC website there is literally no way to submit for a warranty replacement. There were, however, many steps suggested to try. I did as they instructed, disconnected the battery, held power button for 5 seconds, reconnected battery, plug in UPS, and it did in fact turn on. However, if I were not a person comfortable with doing such, these steps would have been meaningless. No number to call, no way to report a problem on the website. In the future I will look at other brands. Disappointing in a company like APC.

It was totally pug and play...twas wonderful - powered up and works like a champ...my last one lasted about 5 years...good protection and good investment.

Works great. You can mute the alerts/beeping, which is always a top feature for me in UPS systems.

It works well and safe my desktop from power outage MANY time! Its digital screen has some indicators so its easier to understand what's going on

This is a great battery backup. It protects against surges and unplanned shutdowns.

I use this to protect my internet cable modem because everytime the power flickers or goes out, it takes several minutes for my internet to kick back on. Ever since I’ve purchased this unit from Best Buy, I’ve had no internet interruption when the power flickers off. This is for sure doing its job.

Great option for a home office or gaming setup. I have 2 of these right now and they work great. They both flip to battery very quickly and have never failed to continue to provide power to anything plugged into it. Lots of power outlets and extremely easy to setup and use.

Perfect. Wabted something to run my Starlink when the power goes out.

APC, IMHO, the best way to go when needing a UPS. This one replaced my old one which, at six years old, was having a hard time handling things. This one is easy to set up and handles everything connected well with room to spare.

We didn't need something that provided hours and hours of backup and this unit was just what we were looking for. Services the modem and VPN perfectly. And I especially liked the size, as it needed to be fit into a smaller cabinet. Power went out and this unit never missed a beat.

I trust a PC brand battery back up units above all others. Very easy to set up. The battery connectors inside were simple to connect. The LCD screen was clear and legible. It was obvious how to change display modes. I would buy this again without hesitation.
