First UPS, but seems to work great! The app that goes along with it (PowerChute) can keep track of power issues that occur within a week to upto 24 weeks -- which is nice to see if only to see if the UPS is doing its job when you're not around. You can also customize when, exactly, you want your PC to turn off in the event of it going on the battery, which can either be based on how long its been on the UPS or approximately how much time is left on the UPS, Even shows how much Watts of power is being delivered, which I imagine will be useful whenever I go and buy a new GPU (which are more power-hungry then the older ones, and you'd thus need to make sure the PC power supply is large enough).

I use this to protect my internet cable modem because everytime the power flickers or goes out, it takes several minutes for my internet to kick back on. Ever since I’ve purchased this unit from Best Buy, I’ve had no internet interruption when the power flickers off. This is for sure doing its job.

Outstanding as usual... longtime user and specifier of AP Power Products. yet; I am stressed over immediate supply of mere battery replacements in emergencies in my area. While available on line albeit E-bay or Amazon, when an emergency strikes, availability of mere batteries is AWOL! - POF (Point in fact); I have 2 units in need of replacement batteries which require at least a week to fulfill, thus requiring a whole unit replacement vs a mere battery swap-out. The APC units are awesome except for the the pathetic Power-Shut Software that historically falls short of mark in advising battery failures. Otherwise; APC are must have components in critical power installations for back-up and regulated power and surge protection.

I really like all the information displayed on this unit. I'm running a desktop computer, two monitors, and a cable modem/router and it shows I'm consuming 115 watts and can run on battery for 53 minutes.

Used it for my unraid server And network devices. Since i integrated it on my system i have zero disconnection on the internet and acess to my server. It run 20min plus on battery with the server on And 90min plus without server. It automatically shutdown my server if its run very low on battery. It also power my poe camera even theres a power outages my home still protected.

This universal power supply works effectively to protect against power surges, electrical disruptions, and power loss. It was easy to install.

During my 60 year IT career I purchased about 100 APC UPS’s. They never failed me.

It does what I need it to do. I use this for my Land Rover when traveling and it works great with my 5G gateway. High speed internet where I go!

Great back up battery, I have Gateway and TV connected to it among other devices and everything has been working fine during power outages, thanks Best Buy

Not only a good UPS with Surge Protection!! But offers EMI & RFI noise filtering. And just for good measure has AVR. I use them in all my projects..

Recently Summer weather has knocked out our power several times. I plugged my TV, Stereo and cable box into this unit to prevent the hard cycling of the power going on and off to prevent wear and tear on my electronics. Now if the power does go out I have plenty of time to shut off my electronics safely and properly. With everything turned on the back up battery gave me almost an hour of running time. I highly recommend this item if you also have a lot of power outages.

Got a bunch of these to plug the modem, router, desktops, and TVs into the battery backup side, and they come in handy during power outages to charge cell phones and use small lamps with low watt LED bulbs when the power is out.

This battery backup is easy to use. I suggest you watch the video on Youtube. It leads you step by step. But keep in mind that you are not supposed to plug printers into it , even in just the surge protector plugs. I questioned that on the video and called the company. They confirmed they draw too much power, especially laser printers.

I recently purchased a battery backup from Best Buy and was very impressed with the entire experience. The price was excellent—definitely one of the best deals I could find. I chose the curbside pickup option, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and smooth the process was. I arrived, checked in, and had the product brought out to my car almost immediately. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Works better than the one I had before because it displays remaining battery life. Lost power twice since I got it and everything stayed safe and running until the power came back on.

Have this bad boy protecting about $3000 worth of hardware, so the peace of mind is worth the price alone. This was my first UPS, and I bought it on the recommendation of a couple of YouTube tech review channels (specifically Tech Deals). I am really glad I went with APC. Incredibly easy setup and their software lets you monitor PC power usage, do battery self-tests, calculate monthly power costs, and tweak settings for when and how long it kicks in for, ALL from the desktop. Plus, the plug-and-play battery was another big selling point for me. Highly recommend.

I bought this about a month and a half ago. Installing it was basically as easy as plugging it in and plugging my devices into it. Since then, its worked as expected. Having said that, the proof will be shown over time. My last UPS died when we had a spike in the line, after it had been in line for a couple of years. I'm hoping this one will not fail, or at least fail less dramatically. In the meantime, I'm banking on the APC name. I've used their products at home and in racks in corporate settings a number of times, and have reason to believe this one will prove solid over time. The unit has software that I haven't used yet other than looking at it, and a very readable and informative display on the front of the unit itself. Overall, so far I'm pleased with my choice.

Love this APC 1500VA unit which replaces a former CyberPower UPS that unceremoniously died suddenly the other day. I have other APC units along with a Tripp-Lite and they have all been very dependable over the years. I am going back to these quality brands.
