I purchased this APC unit based on my previous, positive experience with their surge protectors. With a previous APC unit that I had back in the 1990's, I experienced a power surge that fried my computer. APC stood by their product, and paid the claim. Fortunately, I haven't had any power surges like that since. Highly recommended product!

Excellent backup with protections. Keeps pc, PS5 xbox and lg c1 all safe and secure from power loss or spikes. Easy to set up pretty much automatic after that.

Want made me like this is the titled display so you don’t need to go down your knees to view the information and the usbc port and the USB port as well makes this truly functional

Easy setup and works well. We have had a summer of storms and now that I'm working from home the power outages are annoying... NO more, APC protects with surge and battery back-up.

Lost power due to storm and also during remodel (several times). No lost work or interruption to work. Have a separate one to back up laptop. Dedicated network gives me about 3 hours but never had to run that long. Has a USB port to charge. Loaned it to family when their power was out to charge devices and maintain network. Waited for sale. Figure exactly what you need to power and for how long (just enough to power down a PC v. Maintain a network v. run network and other devices and figure out the right model. This one is perfect form my use. I bought a lower power one several years ago which has also come in handy.

Works great. Very handy with all the Florida storms. Don't have to worry when the power goes out. The surge protector can last 30-60 minutes or even more when the power goes out.

I bought several of these to power my FOH booth @ church. They power all my computers, sound board, and rack equipment with no issues. They don't make noise. They recover from the initial startup load from turning everything on within just a minute. I calculate that they'll sustain about 10 minutes with a power loss for my setup, which way more than I need as I just need to prevent a premature shutdown in the case of a brown out or short power outage. I also love all the outlet choices on the back & the battery display meters. Hooking up the internal battery was annoying, but pretty standard and a simple process.

This is replacing our APC - Back UPS, 650VA/360W, Floor/Wall Mount 120V, 7x NEMA 5-15R outlets, USB Type A Port - Black- seems to work great and hope it last longer then the replaced units do!

Has all the bells and whistles one needs for a solid battery backup in times of emergency. Especially great for PC backup as it also backs up important information for the PC.

I also own the non usb version of this and was pleased with the results, so I decided to give this one a shot. Works like it should and the usb is a nice feature. Please note: I've had 2 power outages and compared both units (1500 non-usb and this one). Really was no difference in time until complete shutdown. Both showed around 2 hours while hooked up to tv, soundbar, subwoofer, router, modem and RING base station on. Satisfied with the product and will probably grab another one once it's on sale again below $200 and just hook it up to my modem and router.

Purchased to protect TV, soundbar, PC. It's been stable and has worked as intended, kicking on for random brownouts. Recommended over the Cyberpower model previously purchased that was bad out of the box.

The APC Back UPS Pro is a great item, this is my second one I have purchased.

APC battery backup has been our trusted power management in both the home and business for over twenty years. We have tested others which performed well except for longevity. We stick with APC batteries and consistently get at least five years from them.

Good quality and well made. Not sure why it's necessary to display the frequency of 60 Hz in the rotation of stat's on the display as if we might have some control over it. Output wattage is useful, though.
