power grid in my area isn't exactly the most stable every time it thunderstorms theirs probably a 70%cchance the powers going to go out for a few mins this UPS allows me to continue gaming without interruptions

With a couple of strong thunderstorms, we've lost power for a little while. This back up has operated flawlessly. It gives plenty of time to power down my iMac. Infact, I imagine I would be able to power my iMac for about 30 minutes while on battery power.

This is a more robust battery backup system than the previous APC one that I had. It also allows monitoring state of health through a PC app - very useful for remote facilities where you want to monitor events like loss of power or power surges.

Oh man! This thing! I plugged it into the wall! I then plugged other things into it! They like totally powered on! Golly.

Very good UPS system. Provides enough power to support PC and monitor. Has a good amount of plugs and power for newer PCs. I needed a new one with the newer GPUs and CPUs taking so much juice. This is doing a great job.

I have a NAS where I store all of my family photos and movies. I wanted to make sure it was protected. Simple set up. It was recognized by my NAS and if it goes on battery backup mode it has a timer to tell the NAS to shut down safely.

A great way to keep a computer from crashing when you get hiccups in the power supplied by the local electric utility. Of course you need to be present to shutdown said computer - should you encounter a longer power outage.

I love APC battery backups. Easy to use and setup. They give me just the right amount of battery backup I need. They also last several years before needing to replace them.

It does exactly what it says. Lasts around 3 hours for my work laptop, 1 monitor, modem, and router.

Price was right, excellent product reviews led us to buying this battery backup unit; easy to hook-up, this APC unit has been working well since installation & pleased with the protector. Recommended.

This equipment is a wonder, for the protection of computers.

Bought this to replace my old UPS that finally died. It might be a bit overkill for the average desktop setup, as even with both my systems powered on it says the load is only 20%, but I like the peace of mind of knowing I'll have plenty of time to turn everything off if need be without having to rush. There was a short outage recently, and it worked great. There are a few minor downsides though. The instructions do not mention the black battery connector at all, even though the battery is user replacable, and both connectors will need to be removed and reattached when swapping in a new battery. Besides the USB charging ports, all the outlets are on the back, which can make it awkward to plug in additional devices. It is also obvious that they did not put a lot of thought into power cord plug shapes. The plug for the UPS is at an angle, so it has to be plugged into the bottom outlet or it will block the other one. Also, the outlets on the UPS do not have enough space between them to accomodate larger brick style connecters, which are common with many computer peripherals and electronic devices.

Needed a second battery backup for new computer and peripherals. Have one for my other office and it has always provided enough power when the power goes out, even briefly, to keep everything running fine.

Works great. Plenty of inputs and does what it says. I have already had a power outage since i purchased this and it held up nicely. It was recognized by my NAS and triggered its internal power down when on battery load as it should.

Plenty of power for a workstation and all the peripheral equipment. Protected our equipment even though we had a lightning strike close by. Have purchased a number of these for various equipment items and have never been disappointed.

Within a week of the purchase this has saved me many times. With all of the videoconferencing we are doing a small power blip can be very frustrating. This battery backup surge protector will keep you going and protect unsaved files.

Great surge and battery back up design and quality is well done! I have one for our TV set up and one for computer and internet set up! In my view APC is the best and would buy this again!
