Plug and play and have had no issues attaching my cpu, 2 monitors and a phone charger. Its very quiet and so far very reliable

I have used a number of these over the years and never had any problems. I have replaced the batteries in older APC units and gave them a new lease on life.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was reccomended this by a best buy worker, for my power related issues, then another worker told me that was incorrect But at least it protects better than a little surge protector So i used it for a weeks, turned if off, one windy night Now it wont turn back on I'm losing faith in geek squad Dropping my PC, not answering questions, unless i get an experienced person on the phone (by luck of the draw) I will be talking to the manager as i refund this Doubt i'll win a giftcard after this...so it goes

Great UPS

I opened it up, plugged my server into it, then plugged it into my server (USB). Server is now set to auto-shutdown when the power goes out!

Had a minor issue but a quick chat with APC customer support resolved the issue. APC has built good equipment for many years. Expect this unit to work out the same way.

I deployed my UPS with my computer equipment. Each time, it ran fine for the day. When I turned the UPS off for the night, I was unable to turn it back on the next morning. I returned the first unit for an exchange. For the second unit, I contacted APC's tech support who was able to resolve my complaint to my satisfaction. Too much work to get a satisfactory unit.

At this time, there are no known field issues related to the BN1500M2 model that have been cascaded to our technical support team. We assure that our units are being tested before they are released for sales. As long as this unit is handled following the instructions and used within its intended purpose, then everything should be fine. Now if in case of a failure, we also assure you that our skilled Technical Support Representatives shall be here to help troubleshoot and/or replace as necessary as this unit is covered with a 3 year warranty.

So far works as advertised. Just make sure you know how many watts every thing you hook up to is so your expectations are realistic.
