Gives you ample time to save and or quit the game, then shut it all down before everything blacks out, risking any damage. Great customer support as well.

APC is the only brand to buy!

This unit works perfectly. I like in a rural area that seems subject to a lot of minor power interruptions. This unit keeps me working and suggests it can do so for an hour or so (powering a tower, laptop, dock, router, and LED monitor. It also connects to my PC and, in the even of a longer duration outage, it will automatically power-down the PC.
