Our first power outage- Error F02. Google search says; Contact Customer service, or order a new battery. Not impressed, at all!

Turn the Back-UPS off. Disconnect non-essential
equipment from the Battery Backup outlets and then
turn Back-UPS on.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact an APCbySchneider support team for further assistance.

I bought two of these and one died 7 months in and the other has it's good and bad days. Overall I would only buy APC server backups (rack mounts) vs the table top ones. A little disappointed in APC.
