I love the beautiful art included on this set, with the red color tone. The set also includes all three different version of Apocalypse Now (theatrical, redux, final cut) all on bluray and 4k ultra-hd. Including the documentary entitled "Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker's Apocalypse" (bluray only), which explores the tumultuous production of the film. But it payed off in the end, with Apocalypse Now being one of the greatest achievements of Coppola and that era of filmmaking. Highly recommend this edition of the film on 4k, if you consider purchasing Apocalypse Now!

The Steelbook packaging itself very attractive with inside artwork and also on the back of the case itself, not pictured. Not much to say about the film, you'll love it or hate it. As I've gotten older, I have moved into the Love-it camp, After purchasing this I bought The Full Disclosure Edition which includes 3 Blu-rays and the Feature Length Making-of Documentary "Heart of Darkness". For the casual fan this Steelbook will make an excellent edition to your Blu-ray collection.

This great film gets a great release. The Blu-ray is first-rate, and there's plenty of special features throughout. It even includes both the theatrical and Redux versions of the film. The set includes many of the older features (such as Coppola's awesome commentary) along with new content for this release. And finally the amazing "Hearts of Darkness" documentary has been included. It's easily one the of best Blu-ray releases ever.

Apocalypse Now; one of the treasures of cinema; certainly American. The 4K disc looks STUNNING. And the fact they used the ORIGINAL NEGATIVE for all three cuts in 2160p is awesome.

What else is there to say about this war classic and possible top 10 film of all time? An absolutely must own and the transfer is excellent. A boatload of worthy extras.

I've owned the Full Disclosure Edition for over a decade. The packaging is superior there but the price point of this offering can't be beat. Incredible cover art.

This set is great! A bit overkill, but I guess if someone likes a certain version of the movie, they don't want to miss it on 4K. The extras are great too! Oh and the price is hard to pass up.

I first watched this movie in 1994 at University on a 70mm print. The slow decent into madness is just as powerful now as it was then.

Very academic way of storytelling and photography, Martin Sheen was not the first choice but pulled off an A-class performance. Excellent blu-ray deal.

It's a long movie, but it's one of, if not the best war movies ever produced. This is THE edition to own. The extras in this package are phenomenal!

This is a must-own if you have a blu ray player. Period.

dont get me wrong, i enjoyed the movie, but i dont see why people freak out over it so much as being such a masterpiece. the movie was far too long and had way too many slow parts in it. the ending really seems to just drag on at times. the blu ray looks and sounds great, and the movie is good, worth a watch for sure, but i wouldnt put it on as high of a list as everyone else does
