A riveting movie - kept you on the edge of your seat with the suspense and concern for the safety of the astronauts. If you weren’t familiar with the story, this is a good way to learn about some of our space history. Very well done movie.

I never saw the movie when it was in theaters. I knew the basic plot line, but it was still interesting to watch. The way it was filmed makes you feel as if you are in the room as the action is happening, it all looks REAL !! The added features talk about the space program in general and how the movie was filmed and are well worth looking at also.

Good film, but the audio is epic. Anyone that owns surround sound should own this film. The lift off sequences are amazing!

Having lived through the real thing as a youngster, this was brought to life excellently. The actors were the right ones for their respective characters - well portraited. Even after hearing it a long time ago, it kept you on the edge of your seat in suspense :)

I always loved Apollo 13 and was amazed at how it was filmed to simulate weightlessness in space. The 4k quality is fantastic on my 65” tv with Atmos Surround 5.2 sound, and of course, the latest Steelbook version added to my collection. Thanks again Best Buy!

This movie holds up for so many reasons. First the awesome performances of Tom Hanks, Kevin Bacon, Gary Sinise and Bill Paxton. Second the cinematography and art direction. And third, and last but not least, the excellent direction of Ron Howard. Sill one of my favorites...

Another great cover art for a Best Buy Steelbook. Appolo 13 is a tense and heart pounding movie from our American history and having Tom Hanks as your star doesn't hurt either. Great movie, an even better steelbook.

I think that this was one of the greatest historical films of all time and it was also one of my favorite films. I really enjoyed the mystery, suspense, plot, storyline and a great and amazing cast that made this an exciting and entertaining film and provided new insight into the actual Apollo 13 mission as well.

It's hard to imagine why anyone watches streamlined blur with bad sound or (horrors) ancient DVDs when you can watch a bluray with quality even better than a movie theater where you would pay 10 times more to take your family and buy them popcorn - even if they showed reruns of classics Like this.
