This film is based on the Apollo 13 flight by NASA to land on the moon. It is a true classic film. a clean family film for all ages. Package included a digital copy code too.

this movie was great on VHS (i know I'm old) but the level of detail that was revealed was truly magical but do keep in mind that it was originally on VHS so it still wont look as polished as a movie today

Great movie about our heroes in space. Very entertaining movie about our history in space travel. Great actors & acting. Tom Hanks is the best. Very nice Steelbook

A great "space" movie, based on a real incident that happened during a routine Apollo mission in 1970. Exciting to the end.

A classic film in stunning 4K detail! This is one the greatest stories of survival against all odds in my opinion! A must own in your 4K movie collection!

This movie showed as the virgin space program NASA evolved It met its challenges with dignity and grace even when Ken didn't have the measles and was grounded he proved to still be apart of the orig. crew love the line he says as he's talking to jim and eyeing the flight doctor about blooming flowers and not having said measles and how Swagert wishes Ken was there instead of him under the circumstances and Ken says I bet you do

This is an awesome movie that adds another great story to the space genre.

I first saw Apollo 13 on laserdisc if you can even remember those. This 20th anniversary edition looks and sounds amazing. A tense, well acted film. One new bonus feature is included along with the older features.

Quite a step up from the Blu-ray, this 4K HDR presentation is stunning in it's detail and clarity. The DTX-X soundtrack is thunderous with amazing dynamic range !

Wonderful Action and Adventure Movie! NASA must devise a strategy to return Apollo 13 to Earth safely after the spacecraft undergoes massive internal damage putting the lives of the three astronauts on board in jeopardy

I've seen it about 15 times, and I still feel the suspense and wonder if they'll make it home. One of Ron Howard's best!

One of my favorites to recieve the 4K UHD steelbook treatment. The 20th anniversary had a really nice transfer, but this one turns the knob up even more!

Any older movie that is transferred to blu-ray is going to be great, but this one also includes some really cool bonus features. Only one new feature since the 15th anniversary, but that's why I got this one.

Classic movie finally gets a steelbook release. Very good overall steelbook, artwork and started out at a lower price than most steelbook releases!

Well, except for Interstellar. Movie has it all. Great story, good character development, excellent actors, decent script, beautiful film transfer to blu-ray. Great effects. Can't go wrong with owning this movie.

This is another outstanding performance by Tom Hanks, this film made me afraid to become an astronaut and led me to abandon hope of going to space. Highly recommended especially if you are a Tom Hanks fan.

What a well put together movie. remember seeing this as a kid, it was mind-blowing, overall a good classic & good to have a steelbook with it.

I've always been a huge fan of our space program and this is a story that needed to be told right. Thank you Ron Howard for doing just that. It's great to have this movie on blu-ray. A very welcome addition.
