Can't ever go wrong with iTunes Gift Cards. They are always a winner with those receiving them! Recommend these as gifts throughout the year!

To me this is the only way to purchase anything on the app/itunes stores. Also about once or twice a year they sell these cards for 15% off.

There is no much you can say about the iTunes card. You buy it, charge your account with it and use it. Apple has a good system going.
