It is nice to be able to purchase a gift card so you don't have to share credit card information with yet another vendor.

This is great because then you don't have to have your bank account linked to your phone but can still down load games and music to your phone

I really like the individual $10 gift cards to use as stocking stuffers. This seems to be the only way to get the $10 cards.
