I accidentally left one somewhere and needed to have a replacement because the small 5w adapters are only good in a pinch. This one charges our phones and iPad quickly and quietly.

Although this device is rated at 12 Watts I only needed the plug portion which is backwards compatible with my Mac book Power supply so this actually turned out great! I still can use it for the Ipad which I usually charge via my mac book....

My original power adapter broke and this is what I needed to charge my Ipad. Had not been able to find it at any other retailer, didn't want to find out how much apple would sell it for. Price was reasonable and was there when I needed it.

I got this for my wife as we were troubleshooting why her ipad wasn't charging. It turns out that it was the usb adapter and the generic $3 adapters weren't working. This larger apple adapter puts out more power than the smaller apple adapter and was the same price. The smaller one would've probably worked, but at the same price, why not get more output charging power. It solved the charging problem.

Pushes more voltage in your device in order to charge them faster. Most standard blocks or adapters are 5 watt & some wireless charging pads are 5-7.5 but with this block it speeds everything up. Great purchase.

These have a tendency to "grow legs" and walk off at my employer. I bought several of these as backups and and they have been serving us as well as the originals. It is a quality OEM part from a quality hardware manufacturer. 'nuff said!

This block charges my iPhone much quicker than the block which comes with the phones. Also, if you travel out of the country and have the world adapter kit, you must have this block to use the other adapters.

Although these are designed for iPads, I use them to charge my iPhone (plus size) and iPads. The trick for super fast charge is to put your device in airplane mode and you’ll go from 0 to 60 in less than an hour :) the only possible exception is the iPad 12.9, since it has a larger battery it will require more time. I also like that this adapter can use the extension cords that come with your Mac for additional length so you can charge and use.

Buy a good power adapter, and you'll save money in the long run. Otherwise, you'll keep buying them and spending more than you have to. This one works well and is reliable.

This is the perfet charger for our iPad. The smaller plugs take forever to charge the iPad and we misplaced the one that came with it when we bought it. Not a bad price for the replacement plug and it is a genuine Apple product.

Originally got one of these with my iPad pro, but after seeing the charging speeds I decided to buy one for my iPhone 6plus. Charges my iPhone even quicker than before!!

As one might expect, since this is an Apple branded power adapter, it is good quality and works great to charge phones and iPads. I have purchased off brand power adapters in the past because Apple chargers are more expensive but the aftermarket chargers can be hit and miss on quality and either stop functioning some months later or they don't charge as fast.

My son got and IPad 3rd generation that takes very long to charge (about 6 hours full charge). The Apple - 12W USB Power Adapter solvers the problem. It take half or less of the time to do it! I highly recommend this adapter.

The performance of this device has been flawless. But then, as I said above, it's what the electrocognoscenti at the Best Buy in Mankato, MN, call a puck. There are very few performance gradations available for this item.

This workers fine with my extra long lightning cable (10 ft). Handles iPad just fine and iPhone zips up in no time.

The original manufacturer charger, just like what came with the ipad. No issues like come with buying something close to the original online. Got it when it was on sale and it wasn't much more than getting a knock-off.

I was contemplating on getting a non Apple Charger but it is always good to go with whichever company makes your electronic product. I needed a second charger for work. I bought this and have not had any problems so far.

I have stopped using the standard iPhone charger and replaced my wife and I's with this iPad charger. It is an official apple charger so you know it works well, it just works well in lesser time than the basic model. P

Bought this charger because my other stop working and the off brands do not work well with the ipads. This charger actually charger my ipad faster because of the power output. Would recommend if you need a good charger.

Purchased this for a 2nd adapter. Was charging my ipad/ipod at night through my alarm clock's usb slot, but that stopped working. This charges much faster anyway.
