This charges faster than the factory issued iPhone charging power adaptors, so this is what I use on a daily basis and the standard is my backup/travel adaptor. Bonus that I can use it for my phone and iPad interchangeably so I don't have to worry about checking which adaptor I'm using when I plug in my iPad.

I've tried many third party accessories and while I can't explain why, the original Apple products work the fastest & the best.

Charges up our iPad in no time and i use it occasionally for my iPhone 6+. It charges my 6+ fast but seems to charge the whole device, I'll get shocked when i touch it when it's plugged in. It's like a static shock and is only slightly annoying. I've stopped using it with the 6+ because that can't be a good sign.

While Apple does charge a bit more than the competition, I feel much better about using this to charge my pricey Apple swag. The power adapter is attractive, and folds into a compact package for transport and storage. Pretty much does as advertised, it charges your stuff.

Get this to fasten up the speed when charging your gadgets!! The small usb ones are too slow. This price and value is worth it.

This Apple charger works great like they all do. They cost more then other brands but it really charges faster.

Sales person was actually right, using this with a rapid charger cord really cuts in half the time to charge my Iphone or Ipad.
