The price went down on the 12W Authentic Apple Power adapter, so this was a great deal. When you purchase the pricy XS Max Apple will give you the much lower 5W power adapter. I am using a Samsung Wireless charger, but connected the USB into this Apple 12W has bumped up the speed of the QI charging. The free 3 months of Apple Music (promoted as of April 20, 2019) is a nice perk also! The price of that music service alone is $9.99 a month. So a Apple charger on sale for $16 and getting about $30 worth of almost unlimited music for 120 days, it's not a bad deal.
