Been needing a charger for a while, and found the right watt edge and plug for my cables at home.

BestBuy is a volume dealer that sells good products. However, my concern almost every time I have been in the store is the lack of knowledge of the products themselves....and in my case the lack of knowledge about particular pc's or laptops and how they might be applied to my particular needs. I get a lot of answers like "I think so" or "I believe so" or "It should be able to..." which kinds of answers leaving me at risk to buy something that might not meet the particular need that I have. One particular detail concerns the kind of thumb-drive that should be purchased for a laptop that does not have a dvd player....there is a really good answer to this. You should look into this and figure it out. Sometimes I find the help on the floor in a hurry to help instead of slowing down enough to answer my questions and to be discerning about the need that I have (instead of just trying to "make a sale..."). I know I ask a lot of questions; but it is for good reason. I asked someone at the Geek Squad if a particular thumb drive was compatible with a pc/laptop....no one knew what "backwards compatible"meant. The real Geek Squad are the people you send most of your repair work to.....those are the people I would like to speak with. The next time I purchase a laptop, I will probably n o t purchase an extended warrenty because of my concern about having to have the item sent out by the Geek Squad to someone else for the repair. All repairs should be done on-site by those qualified to make the repairs. I found the good people there not very knowledgeable about the difference between i-pad and android pads. I will purchase again because you have good brands. Overall service and knowledge was average and needs improvement.....Your agents for the most part are friendly ... thanks for listening

Bought this for my Ipad, it’s also great for use with an iPhone, has enough wattage to to charge quickly.

Works great but they don't seem to last very long. This is a replacement to the one I bought 2 years ago. The cord starts to fray and leaves wires exposed.

It's what you expect. I only purchase apple chargers. A bit expensive for what it is, but that's standard apple pricing. I've never had one go bad.

A little pricey for what it is but it is well built and does the job.

Son needed another. Works great, could be cheaper.

It was an apple product . A cord. I like that I can come into your store. Your greeter tells me where to find my product. Your sales person comes on to the floor and shows me where to find it.then he sends me to your cashier who takes the payment . And I’m out of the store.

Haven't used too much yet, but so far I like compact style and so far the quick charge it provides.

Good product and the price was great! I always get my Apple products either in Best Buy or the Apple store.
