When Best Buy offers 15% off an iTunes gift card it basically like the US Mint saying, "Excuse me, would you like $15 because we just have NO use for it here".

I like the iTunes Gift Card for making purchases because, it is the best option when you are trying to limit your credit and debit card use on line.
