The cable allows you to plug your iPhone or iPad with out the need of and adapter or USB hub. If you have a Mac with USB-C ports this is a must have.

I use this to charge my phone to my laptop when I can’t get to an outlet and it charges ridiculously fast. Even with my laptop in sleep mode it charges.

I like the 6’ length of the cord. Much easier to use my iPhone while it’s charging, compared to the 3’ charging cord it came with.
