I’ve had this charger for a month. It just randomly stopped charging. I’ve only took it out the box about two weeks ago! Ridiculous. Best Buy return policy is a joke. Only 15 days to return. If I would of bought through Apple directly, I would have had a year to return or exchange!

Apple need to stop changing things and making us have to buy all new accessories every time we upgrade or get a new product. Its not fair to us the consumers. We shouldn't have to purchase more things every time... I HATE THAT I HAD TO BUY ANEW CORD

The lightning tip broke the first time it got strained. I mean it snapped right off almost like it was never attached in the first place. I'm pretty disappointed with how weak this cable was for the price I paid for it. smh

I ordered this and paid extra for shipping to get it faster. It said it would work with Ipad 12.9. It doesn't fit. It fit my Iphone xr. I am so disappointed in your description. I know I can return it but i lose the shipping fee.

Did not work at all! I tried to contact my Macbook pro to my Imax via this cable and nothing happened. It's possible that I'm doing something wrong, but it's pretty simple. Plug it in the right port and it should work.

Absolute trash. As with all apple cables. It never lasts more than a few months because it always shortens out. Only way it will last is if you plug your phone up and never touch it again.

Unfortunately can’t use. I needed usb-c to usb charger. My mistake but very unclear on website. I searched usb-c charger for iPad Air 4th generation. Bought online so don’t know how to exchange.

This is the 2nd time ive purchased thus. Both times the phone slid off desk and hit floor and connecting piece to iPhone snaps in half after less than using for 2- months.

Because I literally work for like two times and then it stopped working it was garbage you need to use heavy duty cords otherwise they fall apart very quickly

Do not buy this item from BB. Cords gave out after first two days of use. I came down with COVID19 and could not go to return them within the 2 week timeframe. Waste of cash.

Charger only last 20 days and Hartdale store did not want to replace it ended up going to.Apple store who gave no.problems. will.not shop at this store again

I odered a cord for my iphone. The cord that came does not fit into the plug for the iphone to be plugged into the power outlet. I have no idea what this is for!

Apple charger cords work well but not for long. This cord came apart and we replace it with a Anker cord and it has worked much longer.

This is my 4th one, these cables are terrible, they tend to bend on the same area and break off. Apple needs to do better.

This cord stopped working after about 3 months. It is past the allowed return date and now have to buy a new one.
