Great cord! No issue with the charger cord!!!!!!!!

the cord lasted only a couple of weeks. it stopped workin almost out of the blue. it wasn't my phone because it charged with a third party charger I bought. I got apple's because normally they provide good quality but this cord didn't last long at all

Like all Apple Lightning cables, you have to wrap each end with lots of electrical tape to prevent the cracking and eventual break in the lining of the cable. Seems to happen sooner with each iteration. Only took a few months this time.

Why doesn’t IPhone create a 3m cord?? I would have kept it had the actual cable fit for my purposes; had to return and order from Anker which had a 10’ cable that’s Apple certified.

This Usb Type C did not fit my connection so I ended up returning it, Make sure that you know what a type C USB is prior to ordering. I did not know that there are different USB sizes, so it was my fault for not being educated prior to purchasing.

Didn’t last. Within a few months this cord was already falling apart and i was out of date to return the product so i wasted money for this!

Stopped working within 3 months! Unfortunately I just checked and it is too late to return. What a ripoff this is. I bought from BB and made sure I spent the money on an Apple product to ensure it would last longer than the off brands I have purchased in the past but those last longer. Only use at night to charge my phone so it is not like I have plugging and unplugging, carrying around, etc. Disappointed. Never buying again.

Not sure how this would be used. It does not provide conversion of existing lightning cables and power sources to the new USB-C connector.

Same old longevity problem with this apple charging cable...Other 3rd party provide better product at half the price

I’ve bought 2 of these in the last 2 months and both of them completely stopped working in a month span each. There is not even any visible damage to the cable at all, they just completely stop working. Go with the shorter version.

This is the first time I have bought from Best Buy on line and it will be the last. I opened up the cable’s wrapping only to be hit with the awful smell of mold. And the smell didn’t go away. (Who knew a cable could have this problem?). It’s awful. I can’t use the cable and bought another one directly from Apple.

I bought these and two weeks later they stopped working

I never got to use it. I ended up having to return it because I found one cheaper.

I purchased this product and within two weeks the charger port that goes in the phone broke. I’ve never had a charger break that fast after purchase and I also had I hard time trying to return the broken product. Never again with I buy any apple products anywhere else, other than the apple store or online.

End up buying a charger in a Walgreens 2days later that worked better

Upon opening the package I noticed a horrible smell. The cord itself is also really sticky. I’ve had plenty of apple stuff before never an issue. Now I have to go back to the store and return it. So much for quality control. $34 for a wire and no quality control.

I’ve had this charger for a month. It just randomly stopped charging. I’ve only took it out the box about two weeks ago! Ridiculous. Best Buy return policy is a joke. Only 15 days to return. If I would of bought through Apple directly, I would have had a year to return or exchange!
