Did not work like it was supposed to meaning that my phone took a very long time to charge and I ended up returning it

Needed it because Apple changed the tip from its previous versions of Apple products. Wish they would have gotten their stuff together and used the industry standard to begin with.

Rarely used because everything I have is still lightning to usbA don't remember why I thought I needed it

A fine product but ridiculous that this is sold separately from present day iPhones. Unfortunately, this is needed to use the magsafe charger.

The box is slender so it will not take up space when connecting it to the outlet.

Unfortunately, this was purchased out of necessity. I bought a new phone and this was the charger unit that was made specifically for the phone I have.

Too big and bulky for travel i was hoping for someyhing smaller and i like the prongs to fold doen so it doesnt take ip so much space

With all the changes from C Type to USB, Lightening, etc. especially with Apple; it can become frustrating and expenses for the all the accessories that you will need for a new phone purchase.

I used an exchange credit as I could not find Apple wall chargers anywhere and yet to my surprise not only did the store had plenty, but cheaper than all the big box retailers!! I can always count on BB for my peripherals !

I hate that you have to buy the charger and the cord separately….cost is too much!!

This plug is Too large and bulky! It should have came with the phone since it was a new phone and it had changed from the plugs I have been using for the past iPhones I have had!

We finally updated from our iPhone 6s to iPhone 13 Pros. Turns out Apple can't even provide a power adapter with their phones anymore... This makes me incredibly salty.

Cheap apple cheap out on this they want to be green, but yet they don’t let you fix your old phone. If you don’t Include a charger atleast pass some savings to the consumer nope.

Not the best value for money, considering you can get GaN chargers from Anker and other brands that support upto 65W and are smaller. But i guess theres peace of mind knowign youre using an apple brick.

I’m probably being petty with four stars since it irks me that Apple doesn’t include these with a $1000+ iPad..... But I guess $20 isn’t too much to pay to ensure said iPad has juice. C’mon $6 knockoffs!!

The charger itself is fine but c’mon Apple, how do you claim that your saving the environment but still use the lighting connector?!? You’re in the business of making money and this is just another tactic.

I purchased this plug as an open box and in “excellent” condition. It arrived with no female end inside the plug to connect to. I returned the item to the store and was told I would get credited back to my account, the rewards that I used to make purchase. This did not happen. Dissapointed that an item is sold in subpar condition and then I don’t get a full credit for my purchase.

My reason for giving this a 3 star rating is because I think we pay good money for these iPhones and if the power cord changes, this box should be included with the purchase of the phone.

It works but annoyed that I had to buy it. Also seems like it takes forever to charge. I would think a USB 3.0 charger that I’m forced to buy would be faster than 2.0, but I was never good at math.

First of all, I haven’t done business with Best Buy in years. Imagine my surprise when an item for $773.08 cleared my account on 5/8/25. Obviously It was not an adapter that was purchased which means you better check your records. It was a momentary headache for me, but you got screwed. Don’t you just love a thief?They are the worst kind of scum. Have a nice day!
