Totally insulting that they do not include this with an expensive new phone. How are you expected to charge it? Give me a break Apple

Not best buys fault but pretty crappy how much you pay for a cell phone nowadays and then you gotta go to a store and pay 20 bucks for a charger to to charge your phone

Bestbuy sent me a promo code and I used that and paid remaining amount with my card to buy this apple adapter. Bestbuy never shipped me this product. They completed the order without delivery and they themselves returned it to them. Returning my money to card and promotional credit vanished! Chatting with their customer service was another waste of time.

Good power adapter, but unfortunately iPhone mini can’t take advantage of the fast charge capability. Still keep it for other devices though.

Not a complicated item and it works perfectly as designed. I would buy it again as for my needs it is just right. I suspect a higher wattage might be more beneficial to some others.

Seems to work fine. Haven’t had it long so can’t judge too much. Does as expected

should be sold with a cable, this is just a way of increasing the cost for a complete charger and often one or the other (cable) is out of stock.

Had to buy it for my mom since iPhone 12 didn’t include it. Apple great idea wrong time since the iPhones 11 were the first to have this charging block, just saying.

Bought as a spare, usually overpriced apple products. This one was on sale.

Top quality from Apple. No worries that it will malfunction. Pricey though.

Yeah it’s a great charger, but it costs too much. Be mindful when ordering it.

When you spend $400 for a watch the charger plug should have been included.

Nothing fancy and does what it is supposed to do which is charge my iphone.

It does the job. I needed a new charger for my iPhone 12 wireless charger and this is the apple one. It’s not spectacular but it serves its purpose.

Also poor custoner service for stolen merchandise, thanks for your award winning customer service.......I am a single Mom so sleep well awesome people

Not sure it’s worth the additional money if you already have some old chargers laying around. Doesn’t seem to charge significantly faster than the older version.

It is Apple's original adapter and it does what it supposed to do. The price is bit higher and performance

Had my ipad for less than a year, and it stopped working, hope this one lasts longer
