All of these need to either be comparable or come with the product.

I ordered 2 of these Apple power adapters on sale - Best Buy offered free shipping as I was an Elite Best Buy Member, but the company Best Buy used to deliver my order was a company called "Roadie" and they didn't deliver my order, they just returned it and Best Buy cancelled my order. The Apple power adapter are now listed at a higher price and they gave me the option to reorder them at a higher price but would not honor my ordinal price or give me the option to pick my order up at a local store. This is a very bad business transaction! I have been a Best Buy credit card holder for 10+ years and have purchased thousands of dollars of products and they feel it the need to screw me over two power adapters. Buyer Beware! I will never purchase another item from Best Buy!

Did not match my iPad. I took iPad to be sure to get right parts. The return was very simple, however.

His fast charger is the best. Charges phones fast within an hour.

The iphone 12 has rapid charging capabilities, yet to take advantage of it, you have to purchase a separate rapid charger. Yopu can do better Apple.

Buying a new adapter for my new iPhone was a great purchase and has been convenient.

It gets the job done, can’t complain too much. At least they’re not very expensive…

Needed this charger. I hate using second hand items because I want the blame on the OEM, when there’s a real issue. We’ll see how long this lasts.

Overpriced that you could get an off brand for cheaper but still charges your phone.

I just I bought 2 more Apple 20W chargers. I’ve purchased cheaper ones the in the past & some them quit working, I and never a problem with the Apple a charger.

It works for what it was designed to do it’s disappointing that Apple created a née plug in for its phones instead of using previous version

This brick was being promoted as much faster charging for I phone 13 than existing bricks. I didn't find it faster. Still slow.

It’s basically the same power plug just pricey. There’s nothing special or new other than the socket. Rating not higher because of the price.

The power block deserves 5 stars but I can’t get over the fact that Apple came out and said, “hey everybody, we are going green, so we won’t provide a power block with your phone anymore.” That honestly wouldn’t have been such a big deal except they did it at the exact same time as changing the plug to a higher amperage and usb-C. Corporate greed at its finest. It does work as advertised. I’m just ticked off about being forced to buy it.

They don’t last very long, takes forever. Anything to charge on them now very good item

Since Apple doesn't give a charging (power) adapter!!!!!! with a purchase of a new iPhone and asks you to purchase it. I removed two stars.

First no headphone jack, now no power supply included with the iPhone? Come on guys, I think you make enough money already...

Apple’s money gaining option left customers with no other option except to buy this when you get a new model iPhone!
