    The item itself is fine but I waited over 3 hours to get my item. Was supposed to be curbside pickup but after waiting for 2 and a half hours in my car for nobody to show up I had to go in the store and wait 45 minutes or more to actually pick it up.

    Purchased on the 19th for my IPAD. Original Power Adapter went bad after about a year. This one lasted 12 days and went bad.

    Worked for 9 months and then failed. Charger no longer works. Unsure why because all it does is sit at my office desk and get used a few times a week. It is not used nearly as much as the charger I have at home.

    Why isn't this included with the phone? Sucks that most cars today have USB and not USB C as the phone. So a separate convertor to use in the car is needed and this won't work since it's for wall sockets.
