The 20 watt adapter does exactly what it’s supposed to do, which is to charge my new iPhone 12 quickly. But it was such a scummy choice on Apple’s part to exclude it from the new phone.

There is nothing technically wrong with this adapter. I gave it a 2 because it's frustrating that Apple introduced a new adapter and did not include it with the Iphone 14.

A bit oversized when compared to similar priced competition, purchased because it was the only option available at my store, the others were sold out

The Lake Forest Avenue Best Buy is horribly under-staffed. I was shopping for a wireless mouse and there was not a soul working in the entire computer department. I consider myself lucky that i stumbled on the mouse section. I have NO idea if there were other brands or units for sale somewhere in the store. This lack of staffing has negatively impacted other recent shopping trips to this store. I am not sure why i keep going back to wander around a Best Buy that has too few sales associates. Probably because all their competitors have closed.

Disappointed I had to buy this vs apple including it with a new phone. Works as expected, but seriously Apple- this should be included with a near $1000.00 phone.

The adapter is bulky and heavy compared to the last type and I didn’t notice any difference as far as iPhone charging faster.

Bought as a gift. Apple stuff is overrated and overpriced. But should be a safe choice for the recipient.

F U Apple. This might be my last iPhone. How dare you sell me a phone without a charger, especially since you changed it from your previous chargers, which means there is zero chance you don’t need to buy this BS accessory. Didn’t even put a stupid apple sticker in the box.

Apple didn’t need to switch to USBC, which makes car charging more expensive. Also they should include a charger for the price they charge for a premium phone. They aren’t innovative, they’re just greedy!

Needed it for my usb-c cord, but these stinkers are too pricey. Should be included with the phone like the old days.

Initially I was upset because I didn’t know the pros & the iPhone 12 require a new adapter then what we usually get. The new charger is kinda bulky compared to what we’ve gotten in the past.

I have lost all faith in Best Buy's open box items. I ordered this item listed as open box "like new" at $1 savings compared to a NEW version. So why not take a used item off Best Buy's hands and save $1 in the process? It was absolute garbage. The item didn't work at all. Best Buy obviously doesn't test returned items. They mislabel it. And then want you to go through the return process. I ended up spending more money on time and gas to go return the defective item and get another one, all in attempting to save $1. Will NEVER purchase open box from Best Buy again!

It works but is ridiculously overpriced! Can’t stand the fact that Apple doesn’t include these anymore.

I originally bought this unit to make my daughters iPad charge faster but it did not make any difference even though it said it was 20w. overall it's an okay with product but it did not help me

I purchased two. Had return one because one was not working at all. (Brand new out of the box) Then when I had two functional chargers they both stopped working in less than a month.

Dear Apple, Thanks, after a huge expense of buying my new iPhone 12, for making me purchase additional adapters for both charger and earphones. Your business model is pretty clear.

had to buy this to use the magsafe charger. fast charger. i only gave a poor rating because apple should have included this when buying the device.

The perakn helping me suggested a cable that was not apple and saved a couple bucks…cord sometimes has issues charging my kids device…
