Since this didn't come with a purchase of a new iPhone. I had to purchase this so Apple pocket more money from me.

It’s a pity thst Apple won’t include this with iPhone non pro devices. The old one is sooo slow in comparison.

The charger block is 20 watts which provides very rapid charging

I really thought it was going to charge at a faster speed but at the end its just the same thing as a common power brick.

Apple is the worst. You gotta buy this thing so the little pad charger thing works. Bootleg. Pad charger isn’t even good.

had to buy adaptor in order to plug in charger for the apple i phone which does not make sense they give you the cord.

Expensive but works well. Expect cheaper brand products would work as well.

Works great on new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Should have been included with the phone so that’s why it gets a 2 star rating.

Really disappointed in Apple for forcing their customers to purchase this, instead of adding it to the phone, the excuse is the environment however they still sale it ? Not much sense Apple, i bet you is to reduce logistic cost and bring more from China. In top of that you still built a big size charger while other companies figured out how to make a more compact charger.

I thought this item would charge up my Iphone10R. It does not accommodate my charging wire. I will be returning.

It suppose to charge your phone fast but it does not charge as fast as I thought.

The item that I thought that I purchased was not in the box . The box was sealed with a plastic wrap and another used item was inside of it along with someone’s trash.

TOO EXPENSIVE & BEST BUY REP WHO SOLD ME MY NEW WORK PHONE DID NOT TELL ME IT DID NOT COME WITH A CHARGER AND I NEEDED TO BUY ONE! WHEN I GOT HOME I REALIZED NO CHARGER IN THE BOX AND NO WAY TO CHARGE MY PHONE THAT EVENING, WENT AND BOUGHT CHARGED THE NEXT DAY HAD TO MISS WORK TO GET IT! VERY ANNOYING AND IT'S OVERPRICED

It’s not charging properly and I do with the box and the receipt and no one was willing to change it at Best Buy for me to work. I received a product that was not good or private believe was refurbished or returns previously.

I would have ordered a charger and a cord since the 21st so that it can reach an address in time because the person is leaving on the 13th. It’s less that a week till that date and nothing. This is just unreliable

IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK AND UNFORTUNATELY I AM ALREADY IN MEXICO. THIS IS THE FIRTS TIME IT HAPPENS TO ME WHEN I BUY SOMETHING AT BEST BUY. HOWEVER A FRIEND OF MINE IS TRAVELLING TO CHICAGO NEXT WEEK. CAN I HAVE IT RETURNED WITH THE RECEPIT AND HAVE IT EXCHANGED WITH ONE THAT WORKS? ALTHOUGH I DID NOT KEEP THE BOX WITH ME
