It works, but Apple: why make me pay $20 for more packaging and the gas to drive to Best Buy and back? Seems less environmentally friendly. Also, if you need another 1M USB-C to Lightning cable, that'll be another $20.

It annoys me that apple changes things with every new phone and now I have to buy an adapter that historically came with the phone??? Does what it's supposed to do but not happy with the added cost, hence the lower rating.

Same has the cable, it did work for a good time but it did not last a year. Had to buy anotherone.

Not working properly. Anytime i have to charge my phone, i have to remove wire from plug and plug into it again to detect it. Never charges on first time.

It’s way too bulky. I feel like Apple hates their customers for making these so big and not giving you one with a new phone. Yup they hate us.

It stopped working after a couple a months, I have to use my MacBooks Power Adapter to charge my phone now, I had checked to see if it’s a wire problem but the wires work fine with the laptop adapter, this power adapter simply just stopped working

Apple need to stop changing things and making us have to buy all new accessories every time we upgrade or get a new product. Its not fair to us the consumers. These products are expensive enough as it is we shouldn't have tp not more stuff.

Don’t like that this adapter didn’t come with the phone. With all the money Apple charges for the phone it should come with everything including headphones and the Charger adapter. Apple let’s change that.

Stoped working in two months. This is the fourth one I’ve gone through this year. These are garbage.

I don’t know how it works. I was assisted by salesperson and they handed me this charger. Said it would work for my device. It didn’t. Wrong charger connectors. I’ll let you know how it works when I upgrade my device.

A necessity, but an extra cost. For the amount I paid for my iPhone, this adapter should have come with the phone. How greedy to charge extra for it. That turned me off, Apple. Seriously, doesn't the company make enough money?

All new iPhones are coming to us without this now. Bummer, but I understand and think it's a great choice for the environment. Bought this for my daughter and it isn't working. Could be the cord, looking at all possibilities.

I have the apple tag in my glove compartment in case my car gets stolen. The notices I get about its location are at least confusing if not totally incorrect.

Does what it says, but as we all know a lot of us are force to buy this after buying a $700+ making even more waste in the world instead of saving it, not cool Apple

I never did pick this item up because I was out of town. Someone was able to go in and pick up items that I purchased! Very unsatisfied and definitely not trustworthy!

Forced to buy it. I don’t understand why but it has to be purchased. You need it because it’s not included in your newer iPhone purchases

Stoped working after 1.5 days. Very disappointed. Plus, I didn’t see the fast charge in action. It didn’t seem to charge faster. Terrible. I am going to return and trade for the regular block.
