Poor customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My review is with the Novi MI store and corporate policies. I will no longer be shopping at Best Buy. The now policy that only allows 14 days to return an item is silly. I went to this store to return this charger plug because I did already have one. This box was NEVER OPENED and I was told they could not return because it was 16 days, not even a suggestion of store credit was offered. They actually told me I could spent $60 on a premium membership to return a $20 item. Again I will not be using Best Buy any more.

Poor Apple policy

They were included with the purchase of various Apple products. This charger however uses a completely unstandard USB plugin port for the Apple watch and is not included with the purchase of an Apple watch. This is just an attempt of Apple to raise its prices secretly since you don't discover that your charger cord will not fit any charger you own .

With all the old iPhone wall chargers I have laying around from older models, how does this reduce waste, when now all those outlets are obsolete? More money for a huge corporate enterprise that’s ruined California!!!
