Adapter never fails to do a job and it’s strong and sturdy

This more rectangular brick charged my new phone probably twice as fast as my old square brick. The tech recommended it when I got my new phone and he was correct.

Ppl have to understand this is the only brick to make your iPhone charge at its peak speed . MagSafe with this brick is a must… much better brick than the 18w that came with iPhone 11.

Apple sadly no longer provides the chargers spa must have for a new iPhone 12. Gladly the Apple brand was available versus competitors. Prefer to use same brand since they seem to hold up better.

This 20w USB-C Power Adapter works exactly how it is supposed to. easy to plug into any outlet and charges sightly faster than the standard USB power adapter.

Hard to say anything bad about Apple products, the just work. Plug this into your outlet, plug in a charge cord. Done and done!

It works great and allows me to power my USB-C cabled devices. I just wish I didn't have to purchase it separately from the device. So, for that inconvenience, I took away 1 star. Apple should consider making an adapter with multiple ports so that more than one cable can be plugged into it. It would be nice not to have one for each cable.

My 15 year old was super excited to receive this in his birthday presents this week! He is hopeful that it will charge his watch more quickly.

what can I say. It's an Apple product and it works fine as a plug-in wall charger for my I-phone. Easy to use. I imagine it will hold up for awhile, but have only been using it for a month.
