AND, the customer service rep at the door was extremely helpful!

It works, every time and is what I use as a basis for others. It may also be more power efficient than some other brands, which would explain why it’s a little bit pricier than others. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the size of the brick compared to similarly powered bricks I own from Anker.

The other apple stuff does not work with the new I pad. It's not cheap for an extension plug or extra plug, but what can you do.

It works seamlessly with the charger cord though and works as intended.

There are cheaper solutions but why take a chance with possibly inferior products?
