Now-a-days apple gives a good shielded cable as well. The Apple 20W USB-C power adapter is working great.

It’s a little bigger than the old 5w plugs, but it allows for fast charging, which gives you a 50% level in only 30 minutes. It’s a little more expensive than some 3rd party options, but the Apple attention to quality makes it worth the price.

This power adapter can charge my iPhone 11 Pro Max to 50% in about 20-30 minutes, I can attest to this. Also, it doesn't include the USB-C cable so make sure you have the correct one for this specific adapter.
