Shame on Apple for not including this charger with my $1,000 iPhone 12 Pro. Not very professional of them. Talk about nickel-and-diming your customers. Apple is now officially the "company of hidden charges". Nothing you buy can be used as is. You need to buy dongles, and adapters, and apparently they don't even give you a charger anymore. Apple gets zero stars. As for this charger, I had purchased a 3rd party 18w quick charge and after a few months of use I had problems with the battery on my iPhone 8 so when I got my new iPhone 12 Pro I wasn't taking any chances. I bought this original Apple 20w charger. It works very well and really does get you from zero to 50% in about 30 minutes. Works as advertised,

Fast charging. I like that I can switch out cords from charging with an iPhone USB-C to Apple phone cord, and then changing to a USB-C to USB-C cord to charge other electronics.

It works the way it’s supposed to. You can buy third-party crap if you want and that’s your decision but the fact of the matter is Apple products usually work well.

I bought this charging block to charge my Apple Watch and iPhone. I couldn’t be any more happier. I can literally charge my watch and phone in 1 hour with this block.
