This is a high speed charging adaptor. It works on Apple and Android phones. Because of the high spped, you need to get a USB-C cable to lightning cable wire. It's easy to find for about $5 each. Well made, and it charges an IPAD too!!

I went with the Apple branded one for it's small footprint and quality. This charges my devices quickly and I know the inside has plenty of things inside not to ruin my devices by over charging them.

There is a saying, nothing is better than original... I have a host of chargers and my iPod mini has been having better or worse power supply indigestion... this one solved the issue

Left my 20W charger brink at a distant motel by accident, and replaced it with this charger. Price is reasonable, and with the proper cords you can use it for iPads and iPhones (including the new magnetic charger for the iPhone 12 series). Good investment!
