The box was good and charging my sons liked it as well for the rest of my family that’s why we discussed that we should all get one from how reliable they are. As well as for the employees for helping out with purchasing and friendliness.

I love that it can be use for either voltage in both UsA and Europe. Looks like the adapter gets warm fast and i think the fan is a bit too noisy. Today used it for the first time, hope it will get better. Got it on sale, good price
